Wild Horses had the pedigree to die for, tracing their lineage directly to Rainbow and Thin Lizzy, two of the most iconic hard rock acts in the history of the genre. In guitarist Brian Robertson and bassist/vocalist Jimmy Bain, they had a hard drinking, hard rocking heart and soul. Naturally, the land of the rising sun took Wild Horses to it's heart in much the same way it had fallen head over heels for the band's illustrious parents and thus the band found themselves in Tokyo in October of 1980 in promotion of their second album. And the rest, as they say.... Recently discovered, this recording shows the band at the peak of it's powers in front of a - very! - adoring audience.
