Released in 1980, Crash And Burn would consolidate Pat Travers reputation as a touring act in the States whilst also showing a maturing in both the necessary writing and recording processes.Crash And Burn benefits from a casual, almost cock-sure attitude that leads the listener to feel that this was a fun record to make and that the band that made it where in a very comfortable place at that particular time. When it rocks this album is a real treasure. Perennial live favourite Snortin Whiskey makes its first appearance here and is one of the albums many highlights.
