Alpha Incident

A space probe from Mars returns to Earth with a lethal organism that could destroy all life. It's being transported across the country on a train when a train employee decides the inspect the cargo. The mirco-organism is released and the entire train station is quarantined. Those trapped await a cure from the government while trying to stay alive against this unseen killer.
