With a band name assumed as a double tribute to Fatih Akin's punch movie as well as to the no less striking Stooges' song, Head On spreads its swampy taut garage rock across the bayou of the prolific and talented brittany scene since 2009. The band delivers its 3rd album, Woman On A Wall. Recorded live in 4 days by Pete Ross, Head On refines its sound with pianos, keyboards, bass clarinet. without forgetting the guitars, obviously full of fuzz and wah-wah! Somewhere between the garage-punk emergency of the Oblivians and the countryish swamp rock of the Beasts Of Bourbon.
