Since 1998, The Franks have been delivering a mod-inspired skinhead rock'n'roll sound inspired as much by mod revival bands like THE CHORDS as they are by Oi! bands like THE TEMPLARS. 25 years ago, Longshot Music included an exciting new band from Sweden on the Rockin' The Streets compilation and we are incredibly excited to work with this band again in 2024! Finally, after 2 years of isolation due to Covid, The Franks have been able to record 5 new songs for this new 10" EP, continuing in their trademark style of amped up, high energy rock'n'roll, touching on subjects ranging from historical matters to modern issues. This is a band that has proven to be timeless over the past 25 years and this release is a must have for any fan of punk, mod, Oi! or skinhead rock'n'roll.
