Expatriate
Reverb-soaked guitars create an opaque air to complement shoegaze-influenced squeals and snare-heavy percussion. Expatriate, has a certain verve that can be heard in the multi-layered guitars of "Tightrope" and "Nueva York," which could easily fit on a Coldplay album. "Ceremony Guns" and "Killing Off Our Friends" both have an overarching grandness that recalls New Order. This is indie-rock at its finest.
