From a mutual fascination David Poltrock (Poltrock) and Adriaan de Roover (Oaktree) enter the studio in 2018 to let coincidence take its course. Two years and a dozen studio sessions later, there is VACUUM. An album of intensely sultry instrumental ambient. The predilection for organic sounds and dark electronics in an intriguing soundtrack. The essence is: Space. Emptiness. The creation of a Vacuum, a space of emptiness. This music creates a vacuum in which all sense of space and focus is lost. The sounds move from the most intimate, claustrophobic textures to almost monumental and unapproachable walls of sound.
