Turn Back Time

Turn Back Time consists of Christer Green and Henrik Svedberg, both from Borås in the western part of Sweden. They have known each other and played music together, primarily live, since the early 1990s. TBT was born out of a longing to write music that goes back to the 1980s, where it all began. Both Christer and Henrik played in various bands during the 80s, focusing on 80s rock / AOR, inspired by Europe's success. In the autumn of 2020, when they could no longer perform live with their cover band Luftens Hjältar due to the Corona situation, Christer started writing and recording some basic tracks. At the same time, Henrik was going through a busy period at his regular job. By spring 2021, there was suddenly a bit more time to meet up and finish writing together. During the summer of 2021, the final pieces of the first single "High" were completed, and it was released on September 8th on Spotify and other music platforms. Henrik provided the lead vocals, and a few people were brought in for backing vocals. All other instruments are played by Christer, except for some keyboards, which Henrik plays. The set up is still Christer and Henrik. They also engage a couple of leadsingers, backing vocalists and on a few songs, even instrumetalists.
