THALION, a 5 member band from North of Quebec City, Canada bring to the table a fresh approach to the power metal genre, by combining many different styles of metal on their debut album. Eight killer tracks, mixing modern thrash, traditional metal, speed and European power metal would be a good description of this album, but THALION also create progressive metal moments in the same vein as Dream Theater. Great vocal melodies, wicked guitar solos, awesome drum skills, are all supported by solid driving bass and ambient keyboards. Even though this is THALIONs debut album, they have been song writing and fine-tuning their craft for more than 5 years to produce this epic masterpiece.
