Skullview
Kings Of The Universe (blue)
ormed in 1995 in Michigan City, Indiana, Skullview quickly emerged as one of the most respected and exciting American power metal bands of the late '90s. During a time when traditional heavy metal was largely overlooked, the band built a dedicated international following particularly in Europe through their honest, fist-raising approach and epic songwriting. Their reputation was cemented in 2005 with a standout performance at Germany's renowned Keep It True Festival. Legends Of Valor, released in 1998, instantly became an underground benchmark. Clocking in at 44 minutes of pure, no-frills heavy metal, the album delivers soaring anthems and warrior-themed epics that capture the indomitable spirit of classic power metal. One year later, riding the momentum of their debut, Skullview returned with Kings Of The Universe another 42-minute masterclass in heavy, epic, and triumphant USPM. Both albums embody everything that defines great blue-collar American power metal: massive riffs, memorable choruses, heroic themes, and an unpretentious attitude that continues to resonate with true metal fans more than twenty-five years later. Whether you're discovering Skullview for the first time or have been waiting decades to own these albums on vinyl, this double release is a must-have for any fan of honest, heavy, and epic traditional metal.
