Under this general brand-name, German musician Andreas Schubert releases music of many projects: FULL CONTACT 69, EDRIVER 69, AMICTRIC, and now this debut by the all new project PROLETURAN! On Empathy Masked Andreas continues to do what he does best: create top-quality, high-tech and uncompromising electro-industrial music. At first listen, there are not many differences to FULL CONTACT 69, but there are - and very significant, too! PROLETURAN was originally conceived as a project where authentic EBM/Electro-Industrial would be combined with other styles of electronic music for a fresher, and melodic sound. This sound fuses analog and digital synth drums, electronic melody lines, perfect sci-fi atmo- sphere and raw vocals. Empathy Masked is not a typical EBM-album - buts its still EBM! All fans of the classic works by FRONT LINE ASSEMLY, PORTION CONTROL, DIVE, MENTALLO & THE FIXER or FRONT 242 will not be disappointed!
