Imagine you are going to a punk concert with several bands and want to start laughing at the band with the flattest name, because of the expected musical disaster... And then your jaw drops because, contrary to expectations, they simply blow everyone away. This could have happened in PARKPUNK's case a few times. Who would come up with such a ridiculous idea that a band that calls itself PARKPUNK is not that dull and really plays great "Deutschpunk"? And where can such a story like PARKPUNK's actually start? In the countryside, of course. Most likely in a Bavarian village. Certainly, there are similar places in other German regions as well, but the socialization between pretzels and beer bench is still something special, because the famous beer tent mentality at the southern equator can't be beaten in pure spiritual simplicity. The two guys of PARKPUNK, Sami and Jan have created a fantastic "Deutschpunk" album called "Arbeitenix" that will bring great joy to fans of KOTZTREIZ and KNOCHENFABRIK.
