For this special RSD release, two exceptional artists get together: Belgiums Innerwoud provides a piece of music that was originally written for a dance performance. The music, which is deep, and heavy, in its layered web of double bass drones, stands alone perfectly. The abstract and subtle drones ebb and flow, and grabs the audience by the throat. A breathtaking piece of music from this master soundscape builder. The second piece of music is by Frances Treha Sektori. This french mastermind has prepared a new and special set for the BRDCST festival at Ancienne Belgique (April 9th, 2017). The recordings on this album is a selection of the new direction his work is currently taking: more open and organic, but ever eerie and captivating.
