Grand BrulÉ

r Grand Br-l, _ is a playful, vibrant and socially conscious 12-track album that moves effortlessly between French chanson, poetry and hip hop. Recorded and produced by Thierry Chassang (Oxmo Puccino, Tryo), it shows spoken word artist HDW exploring his hypersensitivity through social violence, (fallen) love, and the (futile) search for the absolute. Raw yet restrained, r Grand Br-l, _ offers an intimate portrait of an individual caught between conflicting forces. A deeply personal story in which anyone can recognize a part of themselves.
