Howls From The Hills was the second album from the Washington psychedelic/stoner outfit and was originally released in 2001 on the Tolotta Records label run by Fugazi's Jo Lally. It was later re-issued on the band's Xemu Records label in 2007, and is now (for the third time!) reissued on Jason Simon's Tekeli-Li label!
