The Crowman is a one man band an ingenious mixture of blues, country, punk, steampunk and acid folk utilising a bass drum, banjo 4/5 and 6 string, guitar, electric guitar, tambourine and bouzouki. Creating an acid/garage folk voodoo vibe. This record was recorded TOTALLY LIVE in 4 hours in an old shack using valve and vintage microphones surrounded by geese and chickens it was engineered by James Le Huray and produced by James, The Crowman and David Wratten. Clem Brouard plays slap bull fiddle on When Jesus Walked Emma Weldon plays violin on 6 tracks as well as keeping The Crowman company in a live setting. Shaun Shackleton plays harp on Lucifer Lady and Bukowski!
