ASK is the question about contemporaneity. Starting from the cover in which Monviso is the protagonist, it symbolizes nature in which borders do not exist, one can move freely, so the presence of borders often places man faced with questions and situations that are difficult to resolve. These reflections led Cosentino to the composition of Leeway and Beneath. Other compositions such as the beautiful and sinuous 581 G are inspired by scientific themes and space, the unknown and adventure always return in Mermaid and The Astronaut. Fallout closes the release to remind us that the Earth is the place we live in and that we must take care of it: man often tries to climb as high as possible without caring about the surrounding environment but then the risk of a thunderous fall is imminent. Thus, with a ballad with a contemporary flavor Cosentino reminds us in a light-hearted way that we must never forget where we started from. Also worth mentioning is the alternative take of 581 G present exclusively on the physical support and in which together with Copland on the piano they gave life to a different interpretation of the same song, in the midst of the jazz tradition.
