Waiting In A Corner is Jackson Reid Briggs & The Heaters 5th studio album. Following the release of their 2020 album Hammered. Song writing wise it follows down the same path as Hammered, but this time with more of a focus on production. Recorded in two days at Soundpark studios in Northcote, Melbourne by Tim Baker and mixed and Mastered by Mikey Young. Waiting In A Corner explores the idea of waiting and searching for something that isn't specific. Just a sense or a hope of something coming. The first half of the album was written before Hammered was even released back in 2019. The rest of the album was finished throughout the 2020 and it was all recorded at the end of November 2020.
