With 13 years of activity on its back BATTLEROAR represents the peak, the most sublime act of the Greek Heavy Metal movement. Commitment to the cause, dedication, inspiration have brought the band to the highest place among the local fans as well as being one of the most-respected Epic Metal bands of the continent Europe. "Blood of Legends" is BATTLEROAR fourth studio album, coming to break a silence that lasted 6 years, the time that has passed from the last release "To Battle and Beyond". Not an easy 6 years for the band that has seen departing three important members, all of them luckily substituted with high-quality musicians who have brought new blood, new ideas, new motivations. Recorded at Devasoundz studio in Athens, "Blood of Legends" is an album of pure Epic Metal. Not necessarily played at full speed, but rather full of atmosphere with lyrics deeply absorbed of Greek mythology underlined perfectly by the use of violins and soprano vocals.
