Almost exactly ten years after their last studio album, the band is now releasing their new work "Zeitgeist", their fifth album in total and the first on their own label Vier Promille! 12 new tracks made it onto the record and it's clear from the "intro" that things are going to get serious here. The advance single "Bereit", the title track itself as well as "Lied Vom Rhein" and "Blackout" show an astonishing range and density of hits. 4 Promille renounced pure, rumbling Oi! and raunchy street punk with Alte Schule in 2006 at the latest, but traces of them can still be found in their version of punk rock, German punk or simply punk.
