Whereas her debut album, "Blow Them Away Into Nothingness", was recorded and produced in a highly experimental way with emphasis on effects and sampling as well as the use of session musicians, Helen Zachariahs new album, "Driving Through The Back Of My Mind", is more of a solid band effort. Her trademark melodic ethereal rock sound with its off-the-wall pop sensibilities are fully intact, but this time Zachariah also finds time to flirt with other musical styles including reggae and ballads.
