Taking you back to the 1979/81 Mod Revival was in full swing and the majority of the new mod bands were formed in the South and a Northern Mod band was much needed to service the growing number of scooter clubs and the long established huge Burnley and Pendle scooter club amongst others! A local pub the "Bridge Inn" rapidly became a Mod / Ska pub and a few of us began to form a scooter club the Rossendale Valiants! The band was formed soon after and Myself, ex punk and former Grout member "Paul Paint" on guitar vocals, a great front man Mozz (Mark Morrison) lead Vocals, on drums Kirk (TinTin) Fletcher and a talented young bassist Flanny, Carl Flannigan!
