The Unclaimed started life on the streets of L.A. in 1979. Their influence on the Garage Punk revival and the Paisley Underground is incomparable. The group still plays like they have something to prove... because maybe they do. This is the first Unclaimed album since the passing of the legendary front man, Shelly Ganz but there was enough unreleased material spanning from their early years, up to the ravers they were working on prior to his last days. The coolness that you'd expect is still there but this LP is surprisingly proper high energy! The Unclaimed are out of a cannon with this one and doin' Shelly proud, I'm sure!
