This new San Diego band, led by recent UK expat, Hugh J Noble, mostly plays low-key indie rock with catchy melodies and storytelling-style lyrics, replete with obscure references (literary and otherwise) that often reminds me quite a bit of Graeme Downes of the Verlaines.
