The virtual debut album of the indie-dance-pop act from Hamburg is finally released on AUDIOLITH. Since their first work"Lovers Arcade" and many acclaimed performances (e. g. Dockville, SXSW) and international recognition from NME to MTV the band had a very good start. Close after their foundation in 2009 they supported WHO MADE WHO, WE HAVE BAND or FM BELFAST at their concerts. The now upcoming debut was recorded in the studio of JAKOB HGELSPERGER (FRITTENBUDE): The album is not even a series of singles produced for the dancefl oor, but a whole narration of 12 songs with an own dramaturgy. Aside from the texts "Atlas" seems like dreamful excursus through a sleepless night in a metropolis. While in the past the band was often compared with BLOC PARTY, the new album tends to decadent-cool nu rave / electro aesthetics comparable to DIGITALISM, I HEART SHARKS or eighties-forerunners like HUMAN LEAGUE, HEAVEN 17 or ABC.
