The idea for this album came to me after I had to leave my home country of Lebanon due to a series of issues that forced me to start my life over in exile.I had an imaginary conversation with a tree, a seagull and a fish to try to understand the concept of "territory" from their perspective. While waiting to find my place on this globe, I found refuge in the fragility of my suitcase.
