Sireena Records' preference for vinyl is well known. All records with YES, RAMONES, GROBSCHNITT, NEKTAR, STONE THE CROWS, MOTT THE HOOPLE etc decorate many record cabinets. 180 gram heavy vinyl is the rule, and we cut the music from the original tapes. But the little sister of the LP, the vinyl 7 " single, was never forgotten. Small, convenient, handy - the 45's still has many friends in this world. For many music maniacs the single became the entry into the music scene. Even today it' something special, to flip the record out of the sleeve and put it on the recordplayer. That really means listening to music for the music lover! Here comes another one within our series of split singles. Means that two artists' / bands share both sides of the single. There is no A & B sides, but always two A sides. And this record will come in white vinyl! THE PERC MEETS THE HIDDEN GENTLEMAN and RUMBLE ON THE BEACH know and appreciate themselves for over 30 years. Both projects were developed in the then fertile Bremer indie scene, and both projects managed with its extremely independent kind of music to nationwide notoriety. "Chainsmoker's Thrill", the contribution of TPMTHG appeared, original 1994 to the Best-Of-CD "Seven Years on The Peak".. The rockabilly version of Prince's classic "Purple Rain" ROTB became a real indie hit then. Both titles will experience on this single way their vinyl LIMITED EDITION OF 500 COPIES IN WHITE VINYL!
