Steve Roach dives further into the deep end of introspective electronic / ambient music. These four long-form pieces bring into form a contained sense of stillness and reflection: a view into the molecules of emotion and enhanced perception. The moody, melodic title track was created with an highly processed electric grand piano; Roach profoundly shapes and molds musical space and tone in his hands. Etheric Imprints can be called "elegant minimalism."
