Somewhere in the mid 90s Rancor had a plan and they sure had the momentum. Metalcore was on the rise, with bands like Integrity, Congress, Liar and Merauder. Its no big secret that bands like Integrity and others from "C-town ", like Bowel were from major influence for Rancor. Mix this up with technical death metal skills and the use of a drumcomputer and you have that typical Rancor sound.
