Following their debut album NEULAND, which received excellent reviews overall, and a self- organised tour of Germany, which was followed by appearances as support acts for Liv Kristine, Versengold, In Extremo, Daniel Schulz and Eric Fish, the dark rock formation Projekt JU is now presenting its second album. On IN ALLE EWIGKEIT, Projekt JU set a story set in Germany in 1918/1919 to music in 10 powerful songs. A German military priest whose wife, the Frenchwoman Marie, dies of the Spanish flu, breaks with his belief in a just God and turns to a seer who promises to bring his wife back from the realm of the dead. Can this endeavour succeed, or has the protagonist been taken in by a charlatan? On their second album, Projekt JU deal with the omnipresent themes of death, grief and human striving for power. Although the story takes place almost 100 years ago, there are unmistakable parallels to the present day.
