Osso Sacro

Cave Nove

A significant album, arriving four years after Urla Dal Confine (2022), which does not seek to replicate the success of that debut but instead articulates a new narrative. Once again, the Samnite trio engages with tradition, but with a renewed guiding principle: when tradition is not rewritten, it is destined to be lost. The core of CAVE NOVE lies in the motto betray tradition to keep it alive. And it adds a crucial element: their highly localised, dialect-based yet unclassifiable musical exploration - appreciated across the worlds of world music, spoken poetry, indie-rock and singer-songwriting - confirms that one can be radically rooted in a specific place without becoming provincial.
