The album was produced by Grammy-winner Jim Scott (Tom Petty, Wilco, Dixie Chicks), who helmed six of Lowen & Navarro's nine studio recordings. Dan wanted to return to the essence of those early recordings with Jim, noted for sonic excellence and the energetic immediacy.
