With a stable lineup since 2020, the band has released their best album. Formed in 2010 on top of a dirty fried chicken shop on Holloway Road (London), MFC CHICKEN play raw, sax-driven rock and roll and rhythm and blues, reviving the spirit of the Pacific Northwest rock 'n' roll sound and tackling themes ranging from fast food to heartbreak. Since those early days, this potent fledgling rock and roll group has released five LPs and a handful of singles on labels such as Dirty Water Records (UK), Chaputa Records (Portugal), and FOLC Records (Spain). The group, featuring Spencer Evoy (sax/lead vocals), Ravi Low-Beer (drums), Zig Criscuolo (bass/vocals), and Dan Criscuolo (guitar/vocals), has lit up the UK and Europe in hundreds of concerts with the sound of "the music that the Sonics and The Wailers listened to."
