Wild Is The Flower
Between creations and covers, my 2nd album "Wild is the Flower" highlights the strong women who are among the singers I admire. Billie Holiday, Tina Turner, Joni Mitchel and many others. By introducing my daughter to these singers, I realized that they were ordinary women with extraordinary backgrounds. They accompany me and inspire me every day, with their personal story and their courage. These artists give us the strength to exist, to move forward and to find our place in a world full of adversity. I want to tell my daughter, my nieces, the younger generations, that the field of possibilities is within their reach, that talented artists, women, before us, dared to step out of the box by giving voice to show us the way. Now it's up to us to invent what's next.
