After a rough start when the band originally formed at the beginning of 2007, LOCKED IN finalized their line up consisting of members of central Italys hardcore scene in May of 2008. This release was recorded at Hell Smell Studio in Rome during the winter of 2008. It is a concept album that expresses personal experiences, daily struggles, adventures, and friendships through a positive outlook balanced by an aggressive approach. The adventurous and aggressive feel is conveyed by a pirate theme, while the sound includes fast, groovy bits, two-step and mosh breakdowns, choruses that resemble COMEBACK KID, and vocal arrangements similar to SICK OF IT ALL.
