On this new record, the band has boycotted stylistic exercises that solely court the classic elements of the second wave of Norwegian black metal. With "Det Falmede Hab," the duo aims to elevate the musical universe beyond the genre-bound frameworks of their previous releases, and created a fuller soundscape while also making a series of new, experimental sonic choices. Since the release of their self-titled EP in 2021, the duo has been signed to German label Vendetta Records, home to artists such as Afsky, Verheerer and Naxen
