Teen Street is the fourth release from Japanese rockabilly (and more!) band The Hot Shots - leader, singer, and rhythm guitarist Chie Kodama; guitar whiz Youichiro Matsushita; bassist Kenji Oyama; and drummer Jimbo Kawamoto - and once again the bands love for American rock and country music shines, with an equal number of originals and their own unique versions of songs like "Calypso Rock" and Hoagy Carmichaels "Heart & Soul." Terry Adams (NRBQ) returns as producer - he also produced their third album, Jubilee (Sundazed).
