Acacia Live

Grey Lotus originally started as a studio project by Daan Arisz and Joost Verhagen back in 2008, exploring psychedellic oriented progressive folk sounds. Later on they recruited new bandmembers with whom they recorded their critically aclaimed albums 'The Art of Listening' (2010) and 'Our Little World of Glass' (Blowpipe Records, 2013). During the course of their career the sound of the band slowly developed toward a more acoustic oriented, improvised jazz influenced experimental style of folk. The band's acoustic set up turned out to be quite popular, with people asking for recorded material of their new acoustic setting. That demand resulted in the live album Acacia.
