Flamenco is not simply a form of music, but an experience for the mind, body, and soul. It is an ever-evolving musical and cultural tradition to be shared with others. At its core, Flamenco music is pure emotion. "Soador (Dreamer)" is a musical snapshot of my vision of Flamenco. Each piece on this album is a musical vignette that evokes a certain person, place, experience, memory, or emotion that I have experienced. The process of putting together this album was a collaborative effort and memorable experience for me, and I hope that some of the duende, soul, we put into this album will find its way into those who listen!
