Fugu And The Cosmic Mumu
Last Note
Fugu and the Cosmic Mumu is an Austrian all-star band, founded in 2002 by Raumschiff Bulbul Fredl" Engelmayr (Bulbul, Good Enough For You, Broken Heart Collector) and Heimo Viktor König" Wallner, primarily known as a visual artist and owner of the Schrattenberg/Hotel Pupik artist residency. Over the course of the band's history, Heimo Wallner's brother Martin Zrost (Trio Exklusiv, Flugfeld) and Bernhard Breuer (Tumido, Elektro Guzzi) joined, expanding the duo into a quartet. They conjure up the archetypal image of sadness, only to then shatter it through exaggeration. With Heimo Wallner, who has handled the design for Fugu's releases to date, the group is active not only in the typical rock band scene but also in the art world, realizing cross-media projects and presenting them in international galleries.
