This is one hell of a great recording. To love this band is to care about what makes great rock music truly great. This album was recorded over a five year period between 1984 and 1989. The Flamin' Groovies formed in San Francisco in 1965 and are regarded by fans and critics alike as being one of the finest bands to ever emerge from the city that produced Big Brother and the Holding Company, Jefferson Airplane, Santana, and The Grateful Dead to name a few.
