First recording release by the Dresden band around Ray van Zeschau (Ray & The Rockets, Friends of the Italian Opera) as a 12" vinyl EP on a major label. Ray van Zeschau is not only a veteran of East German underground music culture, but is also active as a photographer, filmmaker, actor and journalist. His band Friends of the Italian Opera, founded in 1987 and now active again after being disbanded, is part of the DNA of subversive GDR music.
