Published in 1721, Jonathan Swift's "Gulliver's Travels" immediately met an amazing success and became one of the most famous novel of all times. Satire on human nature but also parody of the "travellers' tales" literary sub-genre the novel tells the most unbelievable adventures with marvelous characters : giants, Lilluputians, talking animals... These situations and characters are the occasion for Jonathan Swift to give a destorted reflection of our own world. This reading (in French) of this adaptation for children (6 to 10 years old) is performed by unique Pierre Richard, whose talent and fancy - surrounded by musicians and 10 actors.
