Jose de los Camarones, from Jerez, surprises us with a reinterpretation of the verses of Saint Teresa of Jesus in the style of malaguenas, accompanied by Mara del Tango and the choir of nuns from the Convent of Santa Rita. After exploring New Orleans in Tenlo por cuenta and Asturian folklore in Para nada, the singer from Jerez continues to push the boundaries of flamenco. On the album, we find everything from soleares and tangos to pravianas and seguiriyas, with lyrics by classic poets such as Gustavo Adolfo Becquer, San Juan de la Cruz and Angel Gonzslez, as well as contemporary poets such as Duende Josele and Fernando Lobo.
