Witches! is this legendary Los Angeles dreampop band's 16th LP, coming less than one year after the critically-lauded The Gospel According to John album. Conceived of as a sort of dance record with minimal drums, frontman John Andrew Fredrick describes the songs "as though Syd Barrett had joined New Order."
