Tchourou Mix Tape
Tchourou better known in France under the name of "tchip" is an onomatopoeia specific to Africa and its diaspora, used to express contempt or mistrust. An exotic title very appropriate to evoke the African roots of the orchestra's favorite music, which are funk and Afro-Caribbean music. After several trips to the Caribbean and West Africa and with the arrival in the orchestra of Burkinabe drummer Wendlavim Zabsonré, Félicien Bouchot takes the orchestra to the sources of his favorite music. This repertoire gives birth to the orchestra's 8th album since its creation in 2007.
