First release from an LA "Super Group" called Before Dawn, which features members of Clit 45, The Templars, Mad Sin and Rubella Ballet. This is in the vein of Lords of The New Church, Death Cult and later TSOL. They have built a great following nationally and in their SoCal hometown. Pressed as white one sided vinyl with black and grey splatters. 300 total pressed with hand numbered inserts and a glossy lyric sheet. Before Dawn's Debut EP. This epic slab of wax rocks hard like early Death Cult, Sisters of Mercy, Lords of the New Church and later TSOL. Dark and haunting sounds with an uncommon for the genre edgy, street-level lyrics, boneshaking bass and hypnotic guitar melodies. A must have instant classic to give some girth to any vinyl collection.
