Askvik, Anette
Lyden Av Sno
Anettes fourth album is in Norwegian and presents a harmonious musical landscape . "Lyden av sno" means "The Sound of Snow". The songs are accompanied by Ole-Bjorn Talstads warm piano playing and Jorn Erik Ahlsen Alkangers guitar melodies . Mathias Eick on trumpet, the FAMES Studio Orchestra and the Steel Quartet - consisting of unique sound sculptures made of steel - are also beautifully woven into some of the tracks. An album about finding peace.
