To celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the founding of the Latin jazz trio formed by Cuban violinist Rubane Chaviano, guitarist Mino Cavallo and double bassist Filippo Pedol, Materiali Sonori is reissuing its first two albums. From the tradition of Cuban music, passing through Brazil, Argentina and Venezuela, to reach its Hispanic origins. The strong acoustic impact and jazz language of Alta Madera leads in a direction that we could perhaps define as "acoustic Latin jazz" or "world Latin jazz".
