With "Gravitas" Absurd Minds present their eighth studio album. On 11 songs the band repeatedly shows their versatility in songwriting. In addition to powerful, fast, dynamic tracks, it is also the slower, ballad-like tones that unfold their pull and in which the band has shown their strengths for years. After gravity had acquired primarily a scientific meaning, with "Gravitas" it became a figurative weight. The album should be understood as a call to face the adversities of our time, just like the ancient Roman virtue, with peace of mind, to mentally take the heaviness out of everyday life and not to allow yourself to be constantly "clouded" by the world "out there". . Of course, all of this with the right amount of seriousness and dignity.
